Please note that as a public organisation, Urgences-santé is subject to the «Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information» (RLRQ, c. A-2.1) which strictly regulates the disclosure of personal information, including information on ambulance transportation. We cannot disclose a user’s personal information without their consent.
